We saw data loss on several computers and didn't manage to work around this issue yet. The user gets a list of all his accounts, but the entries are all greyed out with status 'not downloaded yet'. The .ape files are still there, but editor cannot access them. Even copying all the settings folders in app data and local data didn't improve. The only solution: make a backup of each of your campaigns (File -> Save backup) and re-import them after the update.
